Even after the initial Go Live, we continued to support the client in the hyper-care phase, providing assistance as needed. Our commitment to ongoing support helped address any emerging issues promptly, leading to successful long-term adoption of the system. Once in hyper care, we began working on the client’s next implementation for continued Go Live success.

Conclusion

By the close of day one of Go Live, their CSR team was already handling data import issues independently, technicians were completing forms and collecting payments in the field, and the warehouse staff was successfully navigating the new purchasing and accounting workflows. On day two, we introduced streamlined processes for their new construction division, replacing outdated, paper-based methods with an automated system that brought greater visibility and control to their financial operations.
