This client was regularly in the top 10 on the Titan Advisor leaderboard, but recognized a need for hands-on assistance with Inventory implementation. They collaborated with their Customer Success Manager and engaged PCG to enhance their Inventory processes.

The discovery phase, vital for identifying setup goals, revealed the need for Pricebook refinement. Powerhouse completed a Pricebook audit and provided recommendations, which the client’s team implemented.
Training and Support
One month into the partnership, Powerhouse conducted comprehensive training sessions for the client’s team, simulating real-world scenarios to bolster their confidence in Inventory workflows. The live implementation a month later proceeded smoothly, and PCG remained accessible for ongoing support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

PCG’s support extended beyond the implementation phase, with on-site visits, one-on-one consultations, and assistance with feature adoption. In the weeks following go-live, Powerhouse addressed reacquisition discrepancies and provided hands-on training to optimize inventory processes.
