By building a complete, dynamic Pricebook in ServiceTitan, PCG helped this contractor move all install estimates in-platform—creating faster, more accurate sales and streamlined handoffs to install teams.

Client Challenges

The client’s sales team was building install estimates outside of ServiceTitan, manually entering prices after jobs were sold. This created inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and limited visibility between sales and operations. They needed a way to centralize estimating and pricing without disrupting existing workflows.

PCG Solutions

PCG added all equipment, AHRI-rated matchups, and related services into ServiceTitan’s Pricebook with dynamic pricing functionality. This allowed both Sales and Install teams to work directly within ServiceTitan, producing accurate estimates and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The phased rollout, completed over several months, set the stage for scalable, consistent pricing operations.

Strategic Buildout with Dynamic Pricing

Each AHRI matchup, service, and equipment item was built using best practices for ServiceTitan’s dynamic pricing. This ensured automatic updates for pricing accuracy—saving hours of manual work and minimizing risk of outdated or inconsistent pricing.

Phased Implementation for Adoption

Rather than push a massive overhaul, PCG implemented the Pricebook in measured phases from May through July. This approach gave teams time to adapt and provided opportunities for feedback and refinement, leading to stronger buy-in and long-term success.

With PCG’s support, the client unlocked a more powerful way to sell, price, and execute install jobs—all inside ServiceTitan. This transformation not only simplified the sales-to-install process but also enhanced transparency and control over pricing.
