Virtual Learning Lab: Zapier Integration

Have you been curious about using Zapier with ServiceTitan, but not sure how to get started? Join our upcoming Hands-On Training Lab and learn how Zapier can automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors and improve overall efficiency.

During this session you will build a Zap that will put a booked Job on your Google or Outlook calendar. By the end of the session, you’ll be more comfortable in using Zapier with ServiceTitan and you can start automating on your own! 

What you’ll be doing in this lab:

• Connecting Zapier and ServiceTitan
• Set up the Zap Trigger – New Job Booked in ServiceTitan
• Set up the Zap Action – Put the Job on your Calendar
• Finalize and Turn on the Zap
• Learn about ways to take this Zap to the next level!

Who should attend? This training lab is geared to all ServiceTitan users looking to automate workflows

🖥️  This is a Virtual Event. A Zoom Link will be provided to attendees 24 hours prior to the event.

🚨Required prerequisite for this lab:

• Sign up for a free Zapier account – or if your company already has one, test to make sure you are able to access/log in before the learning lab. 
• In your API Application Settings screen in ServiceTitan, see if you have Zapier 3.0 listed. If not, complete the  Zapier 3.0X Form Submission: Request Access for ServiceTitan Zapier Integration
• Ensure you have access to these ServiceTitan Permissions:
  • Access Settings
  • Access to API Application Access
